US flat rate shipping applies to the 48 continental states only. Shipping rates to HI & AK will be calculated during checkout.
Instock orders ship out of our warehouse the same day if placed by 4:00 PM ET. We use only top quality recycled materials when available. Your shipment may come from any of our warehouse locations in New York, Indiana, Kansas, or California. All Shipments are FOB from the shipping orgin.
Projection Lamps typically ship from Buffalo, NY. Projectors, Lenses, Cases, & Accessories typically ship from Los Angeles, CA. Most other products ship from Indiana.
Free Flat Rate shipping is only available within the Continental US.
Warranty
All products come with a manufacturers warranty. Above and beyond this Caylor Communications, Inc. warrants against defective products for 90 days from date of shipment. Lamp Assemblies may be returned for replacement within the warranty period. Diamond Lamps products are covered under an extended warranty period of 120 days from the date of shipment.
All lamps are guaranteed to arrive in working condition. If you receive a damaged, non-working, or incorrectly shipped lamp please contact us within 3 business days via our Contact Us page. Our warranty does not cover improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation. Our warranty does not cover any installation or labor costs associated with the lamp. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you beleive that a lamp or bulb is defective or has been incorrectly shipped you may Contact Us for a RMA and return instructions. Please be sure to check your lamp timer and verify the lamp cover has been reinstalled properly before contacting us for a RMA. If the lamp assembly is returned and, upon testing, found to be in good working condition then the lamp will be returned to the customer upon payment of a 30% processing fee.
Warranty returns can only be made for like product exchange. No refunds will be issued for warranty returns.
A return may be initiated for lamps that were incorrectly ordered within three business days, only upon placement of a separate order for the correct lamp, for a refund less a 30% restocking fee. In this situation the lamp must be returned in original un-opened packaging with no damage or defacement to the manufacturers packaging. It must be received in resalable condition. If lamp is not in original packaging and in resellable condition it will be returned to the customer upon payment of a 30% processing fee. If the lamp is found to be in resellable condition a refund less a 30% restocking fee will be issued. Lamps that are no longer required may not be returned. Please check your make and model numbers carefully before completing your order.

Please E-Mail Customer Service to get an RMA number and return shipping information. Please provide your projector’s make, model, and serial number.
